The Hermes is a Combat Engineering Frigate of the 12th Fleet. It was the Black Dog until the Ragnhil Skirmish, after which Captain Rodger Wells took it over and it was renamed. ‹announcements#1016141120687849545›

In service

The Hermes gathered with the rest of the Fleet in Swati Palolas after the Skirmish and left on exploration once it had refuelled, on 10/19/3200. On Vari it cleared the town of Praka of machines infected by a sapient lifeform from another planet, which had arrived in an impact two weeks before. ‹announcements#1017764111477649488› ‹recaps#1065379745161818164›

The Battle of Calypso

At the Battle of Calypso the Hermes screened the evacuation with the rest of the Fleet. In the fourth round, as the least damaged of the screening ships, it followed the shuttles through the gate, by which time another 4,000 people had been saved. It reached Carilla with the other survivors. ‹calypso_ship_combat_action_log#1082458635881431191›
