From the old site

Tacrov was first visited by Fleet personnel in the 23rd Fortnight of the Year 3200.

The following are know regions within the sector.

Outer Space Regions: Drill Points

Region A

General space outside of the gravity well.

Region A1

Atlas-Tacrov Entry Point

Planetary Regions and Known Information

Region B: Tacrov I

Gas Giant/Hot Neptune with 5 minor moons. Valid target for fuel scooping.

(Unsurveyed)

Region C: Tacrov II

Hot arid tidally locked rocky world.

(Unsurveyed)

Region D: Tacrov III

Minijupiter with 20 minor moons that do not orbit in system plane (71° tilt). Valid target for fuel scooping.

Has a deorbiting, very old, abandoned fuel scooping station.

Region E: Cairov

Cairov is a warm marine Superterra with 1 major moon (Cairene) and 11 minor moons

Rocky (Silicate) world, very little metal. Seas of Sulphuric Acid.

Gravity: 1.7g

Temperature: -40C (Cold with temperate areas, warmer near the coastal areas)

Atmosphere: Corrosive and invasive. (Very thick with Sulphates and water in CO2)

Previously inhabited by humans, what there is of a biosphere is compatible with humans but hostile. Fauna are tiny at largest, but still overwhelmingly dangerous.

Several ruins are still standing though heavily damaged. There are rumours of a tomb hidden safe beneath the sulphuric seas.

Region E1: Cairene

Cool Arid Subterra/Rocky world with even less metal. Tidally Locked

Gravity: 0.3g

Temperature: -60C

Atmosphere: Airless/Thin, 0.6atm (CO2/SO2)

"While reading The Book of Stars, a large, old holographic book found in Kos you [Adinda] come across the co-ordinates for a sector called Tacrov. Like much of the rest of the book it is couched in conceit but you take away that the fourth world, Cairov is home to millions of people and has a beautiful pale green moon (Cairene) that hangs in the sky. It notes that one of the most amazing sights you could see is the green glow of Cairene through the light plum haze of Cairov's atmosphere while the sun is shining low in the sky."

Region F: Tacrov V

Ice Giant/Cool Subneptune with 18 minor moons that do not orbit in system plane (47° tilt).

(Unsurveyed)

Region G: Tacrov VI

Cold Arid Aquaria (4 major moons, 8 minors moons) with a thin atmosphere.

(Unsurveyed)

Region G4

A cold Airless Miniaquaria in a retrograde orbit with a Spin-Orbital Resonance of 1:2 and 60d long solar days

(Unsurveyed)

Last Updated: 26-3200, 28/10/2022.

Has unknown sub-regions: small major moons.
